Depending on the nature of the work, determines whether a quote or estimate is provided. If the job is straight forward, ie, supply and installing 3 internal doors, this would be quoted. However, if the job was to rewire a cottage with lath & plaster walls, an estimate would be provided.
This is due to experience, we know there could be many unknown issues that could arise. The estimate will cover both worst and best case scenarios.
All staff are qualified at their particular trade. NICEIC, gas safe, PASMA, temporary works, NVQ’s and black cards. Across the board as a minimum we all have, first aid, working at height, asbestos awareness, CSCS, and manual handling.

We hired SIS Design and Build to transform our old office into a Trackman golf simulator room. I can say they went above and beyond to deliver exactly what we needed.
They knocked down a wall partitioning, allowing our simulator room to be longer and bigger, built new walls, adding soundproof insulation, and lowered our ceiling to create a snug environment for our golfers.
All of this work was done promptly, with excellent customer service, always keeping us informed of what was going on.
